At Tierra we are quite fortunate to have been on the ground in Kenedy, Texas, the heart of the Eagle Ford, BEFORE drilling in the Eagle Ford began. As such we have been able to grow along with our community and more importantly we have been able to build a company with 300+ local employees. These employees are indeed our greatest asset and their being from this area has played a great part in our success and has brought a significant financial benefit to our community and the surrounding area.

Our workforce is made up of a majority of employees who have five plus years’ experience in the oil and gas industry and our senior management has over 100 years of oil and gas experience between them.

We have a great staff of front line supervisors who have many years of experience not only in the oil and gas industry, but most have been in the Eagle Ford since its inception.

Our Supervisors manage a group of Foremen/Pushers who each have at their disposal experienced Operators, Welders, Helpers and Roustabouts to support them. We have crews with as few as two roustabouts up to large pipeline installation crews with 50+ workers.
